Vendor Information

Booth prices below are for 2026.

  • Vendor spaces are 10ft wide x 8ft Deep and include one 8-foot table and 2 chairs

  • Each paid vendor will receive 2 weekend Passes. You may purchase up to 2 additional passes for a discounted price.

  • Electric hookup Is available for any booth for an additional $25. You must select this option at the time you apply for your spot.

  • Vendor rEGISTRATION PRICES: $200 FOR 1 space. Each additional space $175. AFter September 1st, booth prices will go up to $250 for the first spaCE AND $225 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER october 15. pRIOR TO October 15, ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $30 PROCESSING FEE.

Vendor Application

Applications will close on July 31, 2026.

Completion of This application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance for a vendor SPACE. Once you have completed the application, it will be reviewed by the Cryptid Con Vendor MANAGEMENT TEAM. If you are selected to be a vendor for Cryptid Con, you will receive notification via email along with an electronic invoice for payment. Invoice must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt to reserve your vendor table. no exceptions. Unpaid tables will be released after 10 days and you may be required to re-apply.

By completing this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Displays will not extend beyond the boundaries of the space that is paid for and provided, or into the aisle in front of tables.

  • Table locations will be assigned by Cryptid Con and cannot be changed.

  • Vendor agrees to keep area clean and is responsible for any damage caused to the facility. Vendors will dispose of all garbage, boxes, etc. at load out time.

  • All vendor/exhibitor tables, and their respective spaces, must be manned at all times.

  • Vendor agrees to remain set up and "open for business" for the duration of the event. No one will be permitted to break down before the doors close on Sunday evening. If you leave prior to the end of the event, you will not be considered for future events.

  • All vendor/exhibitor tables, and their spaces, must remain intact throughout the entire show. You may not shut down prior to the closing of the show on Sunday evening.

  • Vendor will not sublet space to anyone else.

  • Cryptid Con accepts no responsibility for any merchandise sold at the show. This responsibility, including the legalities and/or necessary rights rests solely on the hands of the vendor.

  • Vendor is responsible for all taxes and licenses required to sell by the state of Indiana/city of Florence and the reporting of said taxes. Cryptid Con will not be held responsible for vendor's failure to collect, report, and submit sales tax charges.

  • Vendor agrees to hold blameless Cryptid Con and all its staff members & workers, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said vendor’s participation.

  • Vendor acknowledges that Cryptid Con and all its staff members & workers, will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendor's persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance coverage for such loss.

  • Cryptid Con reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic, extremely violent, contains graphic nudity, shows drug paraphernalia, or is bootleg merchandise of any kind. This is an all ages, family event and will be treated as such.

  • The vendor realizes that guests are subject to last minute changes in schedule and may cancel. Vendor understands that once a table is paid for, no money or credit will be issued or refunded except for the terms stated above, even if the Vendor is unable to attend the show.

  • There will be no smoking in the facility and all vendors must comply with state fire and safety laws.
