Can I get a refund on my tickets?
No. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any ticket purchases.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. General admission tickets will be available for both single day and weekend passes. They will be a little higher at the door so we do advise buying them early before the online ticket sales close. We do offer a cash price discount for door sales, though.
What time does the VIP meet and greet start?
7:30 PM in the Paddock room at the hotel. You will need to check in at the ticket booth prior to that to pick up your wristband and lanyard.
What are the ticket booth hours?
Friday, 11/21 5:00Pā7:30P for early check-in. Saturday and Sunday the ticket booth will open at 8:00AM.
I've already purchased tickets online. Do I still need to go to the ticket booth?
Yes. You will need to show a copy of the email or e-ticket that you received at the ticket booth. We will scan the barcode and give you a wristband. You must have a wristband to enter the event.
How much are autographs and photos with the guests?
We do not set those prices. Those are set by the guests. Most are in the range of $20-30 for an autograph. Most guests will take a selfie for free with the purchase of an autograph. Some will take one without a purchase. Don't be afraid to ask. The Cryptid community are some of the nicest folks you'll meet!
Do I need to bring cash?
We recommend bringing cash. A lot of guests and vendors will take cards or digital payments, but there's a good chance some will not. There is an ATM at the hotel but it runs out of cash every year. For that reason, we do advise everyone to have some cash with you just in case.
Where do I enter the convention?
The convention center entrance is at the BACK OF THE HOTEL. The Clarion signage isn't the greatest if you come in from the main hotel entrance. Drive around the back of the hotel and you'll see the entrance to the convention center as well as a larger parking lot. The ticket booth will be just inside those doors.
